Building strip-out

Homes, offices, hotels, shops, halls and other existing spaces are prepared in an orderly way for refurbishment, modernisation or dismantling.

Strip-out is the selective removal of non-load-bearing elements and fittings before alteration, modernisation, remediation or dismantling.

Particularly in older buildings, possible suspect hazardous materials are considered before work starts. Materials that are identified are handled separately under the applicable protection conditions.
